Caesar’s Air Charter Schedule

All charter Flight Packages Include flight, room and ground transportation.

Charter Cost will depend on previous play history on your Caesar’s Reward Card. Everyone is charged the $45 charter fee.

Always confirm at Caesar’s Rewards and SWIPE your card at the Kiosk). Find a trip in the list below that includes one or more of these dates to participate.

NEW: YOU MUST ACCEPT THE TPA (TOUR PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT) within 7 days of being booked on any charter. This agreement will be found in the email that Caesars sent you when I booked your trip. If you do not click “agree” then you may be put on the waitlist by Caesar’s Air

2024 Commercial Flights Set up by Kathy at Bob Kelly Tours

  • We will have a group leader assigned for each of these trips
  • Cost is dependent on previous Caesar’s Rewards play history from the last 6-12 months
  • We set up the flight, room and ground transportation (no charter fee charged)
  • We can add in TSA numbers and airline rewards numbers
  • Suite will be requested for Seven Star players
  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 35 days before scheduled departure date or you will be charged the seat cost per person
  • Credit card required to set up your reservation
  • Resort fee is charged for any room where the main guest is Gold or Platinum (no charge for Diamond or Seven Stars)

Please Note: If you have traveled with another rep in the last 12 months, I will need to get more info to determine what we can offer you since you are now listed under that person as your host.

Please try to always schedule all of your trips through me personally (or my office) and not online so we can continue to offer you the best deal. If you schedule your room online or through another rep then there is a possibility I may not be able to offer you the comped flight. I can check that when you contact me.
